The Zip’r I ordered for my dad was perfect for him, and he was very pleased in the ease of operating it. The customer service was quick to respond to my email, shipment was on time. I will use this company in the near future for my dad’s mobility needs.

Good little scooter for simple distances-smallish & compact (makes it easy to transport but tight for everyday use) & maneuvers well. I can walk couple hundred feet but malls, fairs, parks are impossible. Long cruise ships, getting to & from busses for excursions will work great.

Customer service is five star, the chair looks very nice. The engineering is the best I have ever seen, especially the foot rest. I am a real Customer that is impressed with the product. It is well worth the price.

Sorry, but I have to return the chair because it’s too low for me and it’s too heavy due to balance issues. I was hoping that this would work for me. I due think it’s a great product but. Thank you.

Litte hard to assemble instructions could be a little clearer.

Got the scooter for my wife. I ordered it on Saturday June 27th and received it on Saturday July 4th. Very impressed. The scooter was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. My wife tried it out and loved it. It's very comfortable and easy to operate.

If you’re on the fence it’s worth it. Unless your a speed demon or heavier set and want more room it’s the ticket.

I haven’t used my scooter at this time other than charging the battery and riding it around my home!!

I have filled out the registration form for the warranty. I clicked on send, however I am not certain if it was received. My electric wheelchair is black and it weighs 28 lbs. I purchased it on June 16, 2026 from Zip Mobility. The serial # is 133021007. I want to be certain it has been properly registered for the warranty. Love my scooter,but wish the speed wasn’t so sensitive.

I tested it on a lumpy bumpy yard and it did just fine.

I did not like the scooter because it is too small I think your advertisement is incorrect. I have been dealing with customer service to try and get to return for refund and all they keep telling me is that it was delivered the size and dimensions and that it has to be in new condition which it is I have not used it and then they do not tell me anything about trying to get the refund they just keep pushing me off so if you are a company owned whatever you're not giving very good service to people who need it
