The delivery driver left the box on the porch, I had to open the box to bring the parts (5) into the living room. It was simple to put together and the only trouble I had was, I wasn't quite strong enough to secure the battery into its proper position. When I called the service number they were quick to respond. The Technician was patient and very kind. He walked me through the steps to properly install the battery and after it was locked into place the scooter was in business and now I can travel.
