Haven't had the chance to take the scooter out much but been up and down our street alot and very pleased I chose this scooter! On the cheaper side of scooters but I can't tell the difference between this and a very expensive one. Had some questions and was answered quickly by customer service, thanks again!
I was approved to purchase a power wheelchair from Humana Advantage, which was such a hassle. I decided against it because it had to be assembled and disassembled in 4 parts that were TOO heavy. I did some research and called ZIP'R and was lucky enough to get Ron. Ron, was so personable and knowledgeable and checked every box that was important to me. I ordered the Pro Light wheelchair and am so excited. Once I receive it, Ron said to charge it for 6-8 hours before use SO when I get it and LOL sit in it, I shall write another review. Ron, thank YOU so much.

Shipping/delivery was pretty smooth and quick. The product quality is very good (well engineered). The manual/instruction could be improved but the assembly is pretty straightforward. So it’s not a show stopper.
