Item came quick, well packaged, easy to assemble and worked out of the box. Great quality. The only item that would be better is an adjustable seat. My father in law has difficultly getting set in the unit with longer legs. A sliding seat, albeit may affect the overall center of gravity and balance would improve the difficulty getting seated. Overall he is very pleased with the Zipr scooter
A breeze to set up, plus a breeze to use this carbon fiber power chair. I love it! Comfortable and seems quite sturdy. Light weight for transferring into and out of our car. Delivery was fast, also.
I love my wheelchair. I could not manage to get around without it. I am in Senior living and motor chairs were not allowed. I was on “condition”. Been here over year now and no complaints .

Great ride even on gravel drive, tight turning radius, and easy swivel seat for getting on and off. Really good ride. Even though I am only 5'8" I should have gotten the XTRA because folding legs is tight with the Roo.
