I appreciate how easy it was to assemble and not too heavy.
Received my Zipr Carbon Fiber Power Electric Wheel Chair as promised by Ron, the Sales Representative just before Christmas. Ron was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I already owned an electric wheelchair but never used it elsewhere other than In my immediate neighborhood as it weighs 58lbs and I cannot lift it into my car. I am 86 years old and needed something lighter. At only 28lbs my new Zipr Carbon Fiber Power Wheelchair is just what I needed. I am extremely pleased with my new wheelchair and am looking forward to take it on new trails along with Percey my dog on long adventure walks.

Sooooooo Happy!!!!!!! Outstanding scooter!!!!!! I ordered it **** Monday night 9:23 pm. 10:01 pm that night I got an email that my scooter had shipped and the tracking number. I was shocked!!! Only four days later it arrived with free shipping!!! Again I could not believe how quick!!! It was very well packed!!! The battery was fully **** and it is so easy and quick to assemble and take apart to load into the back of my station wagon. The battery did not run down even a tiny bit in my trip to the store today!!! The beautiful red color is a very stunning shinny bright red!!! It is such a cute scooter I call him "My Little Carrito"!!! And man does he move!!! I have a **** knee and could never keep up with my husband in the store. Todays first outing with "My Little Carrito" I left my husband in the dust in the parking lot!!! It has a dial for how fast you want to go. On the left of the dial it has a little turtle for slow and on the right of the dial it has a rabbit for fast. How cute is that!!! But you can place the dial at any speed inbetween. How awesome it was to come home after so many times for song long, not exhausted and **** from hauling myself through a store!!! Thank you sooooooo much Zipr team for developing such and amazing high quality scooter that I could manage to finally afford!!!!!!! I looooooove him!!!!!!!
We were blown away by the level of customer service that Zip Mobility provided - after the sale. Our new Zip 4 was **** in transit - and all it took was a call to Zip and their technician Ron filed a claim with the shipper, and sent the necessary repair parts and detailed instructions on how to replace the **** parts - even before the shipper responded.
There was no hesitance or skirting the issue - even though it was not ZipR's fault.
I can't tell you how pleased we are with their service and willingness to help.

IT LOOKS LIKE A WELL MADE MACHINE. IT IS VERY HEAVY, SO SHOUDN'T TIP OVER. WE HAVE OURS IN A SMALL AREA, IN OUR HOME, SO WOULD HAVE LIKED A SMALLER TURN AXIS, BUT IT HAS A GOOD BACK UP.
