The carry case for the arm of the chair was a total disappointment
I can easily load and unload this chair. my last chair was 44lbs without the battery and I've hurt myself loading and unloading it from my jeep. but this one at 28lbs including battery is so easy and i like the way it folds up too. also, may i suggest that it have a locking mechanism in the folded position so when i give it to the ground crew at the airport of when im loading it, that it doesn't come unfolded by accident as it is being lifted. Outside of that, i put a portable ROHO cushion on it and its completely comfortable all day. Now i need a backup battery for those extra-long days. Do you also sell extra hand controls? the airport guys occasionally mess them up and i like to carry a spare.
