Love my scooter,but wish the speed wasn’t so sensitive.

I tested it on a lumpy bumpy yard and it did just fine.

Very slow but I suppose that’s for safety. No problem so far

I did not like the scooter because it is too small I think your advertisement is incorrect. I have been dealing with customer service to try and get to return for refund and all they keep telling me is that it was delivered the size and dimensions and that it has to be in new condition which it is I have not used it and then they do not tell me anything about trying to get the refund they just keep pushing me off so if you are a company owned whatever you're not giving very good service to people who need it

I purchased this for my husband due to his health challenges. The product so far has been the best piece of equipment I have purchased for him. Its easy to transport in a vehicle. Light weight enough for a woman to lift but yet sturdy enough to carry my husband around. It gave him freedom from having to sit at home. If you have a loved one who needs assistance with moblity this product is for you. The battery is easy to remove as well as the joy stick. It is easy to wipe down with a cleaning cloth. Thankyou for giving my husband the ability to move freely about the world again. Buy you wont be **** with this product.

Finally got it running. Had trouble with the battery hookup, Its working great now.

This little chair enables me to travel all over the world easily - truly life changing!!! We were recently on a cruise and I probably sold 15 of these - no kidding - everyone wanted to know where I got such an awesome lightweight, sturdy, FAST, little chair! And their customer service is just wonderful! I would HIGHLY recommend this chair and this company!!!!

Easy assembly. Good power. My wish list would be a seat be design to replace the one came the unit so that it can be adjust to go backwards. This would allow more leg room. Overall i am satisfied with scooter.

Goes through small doorways and maneuvers in small spaces like bathrooms but it would be nicer if the seat would be deeper or adjusted forward more and the back able to be tilted back more

Was easy to assemble and de-assemble for transporting in car but as yet has not been used. It looks great and feels solid and will up date review once it’s used for what I purchased it for…

After investigating most of mobility scooters available today, I am very glad I chose Zipr.

I receive my scooter yesterday. Easy to assemble as long you follow the instructions pamphlet. Plenty room to sit. Please consider future design more leg room. Glad to see it built in the USA. Sturdy built. Overall I please with the product.

Light weight. Hardest part was getting it out of the box! Well packed, and no assembly required.
