since this scooter is my second one I am satisfied with all but a few things that are important. One is the foot room; there is barely enough for a small child. The turning radius is short, causing issues in places we visit near home in New Orleans. And last is the extreme warning signal in reverse it is too loud especially combined with the short turning radius will take alot adjustment compared to our older scooter and will be a problem at the theater.
Lightweight, responsive, well made and fairly easy to assemble. A few thoughts:
on first ride use the slowest speed setting-the joystick is VERY responsive, but once you get the hang of it you are good to go! I heard zip’r is working on a YOUTUBE video demonstration explaining setup. I plan on using my chair for travel so it’s good to know that the has TSA approved the zip’r (and lithium battery). And that makes flying easier.
Takes me where I need to go. Folds up and fits in the back of my SUV and also traveled on airplane with no issues.
